Recarta currently provides Operating System support for many of our clients on a server by server or time/unit basis. Our skills cover AIX, OS400, Sun Solaris and HP-UX support. Sometimes companies require a bespoke service or additional resources to their own which may not be available from one of the Vendors directly. Recarta has the resources and technical skills to provide full 24 x 7 support, special out of hours projects or simply to cover departments over holiday periods.
For many customers the day to day monitoriong of the Operating System is a drain on time and that is where this type of operation should be outsourced. Recarta can manage the Operating Systems remotely for you - your system will send us a report on a daily basis and we will either fix problems remotely or action their escalation.
